Darren C. Demaree.

Darren C. Demaree is a graduate of the College of Wooster, Miami University (MA), and Kent State University (MLIS). He is the recipient of a 2018 Ohio Arts Council Individual Excellence Award, the Louise Bogan Award from Trio House Press, and the Nancy Dew Taylor Award from Emrys Journal. He is the Managing Editor of the Best of the Net Anthology and Ovenbird Poetry. He is currently living in Columbus, Ohio with his wife and children. “Emily As Sometimes the Forest Wants the Fire” is his eleventh collection of poetry.

Danny Caine

Danny Caine is the author of the poetry collections Continental Breakfast (Mason Jar Press 2019), El Dorado Freddy's (collaboration with Tara Wray, Belt Publishing 2020), and ​Flavortown (Harpoon Books, 2020) and the book How to Resist Amazon and Why (Microcosm Publishing, 2021). His poetry has appeared in ​LitHub, DIAGRAM, Hobart, and Barrelhouse, and his prose has appeared in LitHub and Publishers Weekly. The Midwest Independent Booksellers Association awarded him the 2019 Midwest Bookseller of the Year award. He lives in Lawrence, Kansas where he owns Raven Book Store.

Meg Reynolds

Meg Reynolds is a poet, artist, and teacher from New England. As an instructor in writing and humanities, her work has been published in many literary journals including Mid-American Review, RHINO, The Offing, Iterant, amongst others. A graduate of the Stonecoast MFA program, her collection of poetry comics, A Comic Year, was published in October 2021 from Finishing Line Press. She lives in Burlington, VT with her family.
